Why do I eat more than my body can burn up?

When the food a person eats does not give the body the nutrients that it requires, the body will demand more in an effort to obtain those nutrients. Therefore, a person may eat more calories than they need and cannot burn them up so it gets stored as fat. That person can also have excessive cravings for sweets and fatty foods. The weight loss programme is based on two shakes and one main meal, allowing our clients to gradually change their eating habits so that they can maintain the results long term.
