This section of the web site allows retail customers of Herbal Vitality to view prices and place orders. Herbalife programmes (toning, weight loss, weight gain, wellness, sports, vitality, outer nutrition etc) are designed for long term success rather than a short term fix. For example for weight loss the programs help with gradually changing eating habits. Use the membership site for long term support including one to one advice, personalised programmes, meal planners, and product fact sheets.

Here are some examples where the personalised approach is preferable to "one size fits all" and explaining why our products are not supplied through shops...

Weight loss - Do you eat 3 meals a day or 3 meals a day plus snacks or skip meals?  What is the balance of carbs and protein in your diet? Are you a 6ft 2" male or 5ft 2" female?. Sports Nutrition- Are you focussed on quantity, quality or nutrient timing ? Refuelling within 30 mins of completing exercise? Do you have the right amounts of  protein in your diet? And are you taking micro nutrients, recognising that they are drained from the body through exercise? Deficiencies in the diet are typically protein, fibre and nutrients. And your diet?
Vitality - Impact of sugary snacks on your blood sugar levels? What is the balance of carbohydrates, protein and nutrients in diet. The better the quality of those nutrients and their ability to be utilised by the body, the more energy the body will generate.
