Recommended Usage

It can be mixed with our Formula 1 meal replacement shake, hot or cold drinks, soup and sauces.
Protein powder contains Soy protein (a vegetable protein) which contains isoflavones to help control cholesterol levels. Its available in a neutral flavour  (it does have a slight vanilla flavouring).

• One level tablespoon of powder (6 grams) supplies 5 grams of protein.
• Take 1-4 servings daily.
• Add to Formula 1 meal replacement shake, food, soup, gravy and sauces.
• For use with Shapeworks™ Formula 1 shake.
• WOMEN - add 1-2 tablespoons (5-10g of protein) to each shake.
• MEN - add 1-3 tablespoons (5-15g of protein)

Ingredients

• Protein Powder - soy protein isolate (75%), whey protein concentrate (24.5%), vanilla flavour, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
