Shake recipes using Herbalife Formula 1 Strawberry


For all the strawberry smoothies (shakes) below, combine the ingredients (including the additional Personalised Protein Powder) according to your personalized meal plan, blend and enjoy.

Tip- Soy milk can be substituted for milk - It is estimated that as many as 40% of adults have a milk intolerance. Some don't realize it. Unless you are a REGULAR milk drinker, don't start now. You may experience side affects due to dietary changes in adding milk to your diet, if you do not regularly drink cows milk.

  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry Formula
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 320 calories*

Fruit Fizz Shake

  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 1 fresh orange (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 1/2 banana, 4 tablespoons strawberry yoghurt
  • 200ml skimmed milk
  • 320 calories*
Extra Fruity Smoothie
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 6-8 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 Banana
  • 5-10 Raspberries or Strawberries
Apple Berry Smoothie

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 6 oz. Apple Juice
  • 5-10 Berries (frozen or fresh)
     
  Lowfat Yogurt - Quick "on the run" recipe
  • One 6 oz. Plain low fat yogurt eat a couple spoonfuls for room to add formula one and to stir.
  • Add 2 Tablespoons Formula #1, stir, eat. ( keep plastic spoons in my car and in my desk)

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 8 oz skim milk or apple juice
  • 5-8 frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 8 Fluid oz orange juice
  • 4 strawberries
  Fruit-Juicy Shake
  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 8 oz cranberry juice (reduced calorie)
  • 4 strawberries
Berry Bonsai
  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 5-10 Strawberries
  • 1 scoop Non-fat Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
  • Cranberry juice
Strawberries and Cream
  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 5-10 Strawberries
  • 2 scoops non-fat Vanilla
    Frozen Yogurt
  • Non-fat milk
     
Very Berry Shake
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 8 oz flavoured sparkling water
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 10-12 frozen raspberries or blackberries
Strawberry Sensation
  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 8 oz water
  • 1-cup strawberries
     

Soda Fountain Shake

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Formula 1
  • 5 oz. Non-fat milk (or Soy Milk)
  • 3 oz. Diet Soda (Black Cherry , Strawberry, Root Beer)
  • 1/2 Banana or 1/2 Peach (optional)
Blackberry Smoothie

  • 2 Scoops of Strawberry F 1
  • 250ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 cup blackberries
Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
