  • 2 scoops of Tropical Fruit Formula 1
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1 fresh apricot
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3-6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 330 calories*

  • 2 scoops of Tropical Fruit Formula 1
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 medium orange (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 1/2 banana 200ml skimmed milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 350 calories*

Fruit Salad Shake Fruit Salad Shake
  • Chop fresh fruit of choice into fruit salad
  • 2 dessert spoons of Formula 1 - choose your favourite flavour
  • 1 dessert spoon of fruit muesli
  • 250 ml fruit or plain yogurt
  • Fold Formula 1, yogurt and muesli together. Add a little milk for smooth consistency
  • Spoon over the fresh fruit

  • 2 kiwifruit shelled
  • 2capfuls of Herbal Aloe Concentrate
  • 250ml of semi-skimmed milk
Grape Shake

Lowfat Yogurt - Quick "on the run" recipe
  • One 6 oz. Plain low fat yogurt eat a couple spoonfuls for room to add formula one and to stir.
