For all the chocolate shakes listed below, combine the ingredients (including additional Personalised Protein Powder) according to your personalised programme, blend and enjoy.
 
Tip -Shakes can be either hot or cold. Formula 1 should never be boiled, baked or micro waved as it will lose some of its nutritional value. When mixing a hot shake, prepare the hot liquid first and then let it cool slightly before adding Formula 1.With an abundance of shake recipe ideas - the last thing you will suffer is boredom whilst using ShapeWorks!
Mocha Shake Recipe

Mocha Shake

  • 1/2 serving of Chocolate & 1/2 serving of Cappuccino Formula 1
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
  • 260 calories*
 
Chocolate Shake Recipe

Chocnana Shake

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F1
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)
  • 270 calories*

Chocolate and Raspberry Shake

  • 250 ml skimmed or soy milk
  • 4 dessert spoons raspberry yogurt
  • 4 dessert spoons of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 dessert spoons of Formula 1 Chocolate
  • Whiz in blender until smooth
Cappuccino Shake
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 5 oz skim milk
  • 4 oz Non-Fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
     
Bounty
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 100 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 150ml coconut yogurt

 

Mocha Java
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 250 ml skimmed or soy milk
  • 1 tbsp instant decaf. Cappuccino
  • 1 scoop Non-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Mocha Freeze
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 250 ml skimmed or soy milk
  • 1 tsp Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 scoop Non-fat Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
Black Forest Smoothie
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Walnut Extract
  • 8 oz. Non-Fat Milk (or Soy Milk)
  • 1/2 Banana (optional)
     
  Chocolate Covered Cherry Shake
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 125ml vanilla soy milk
  • 125ml chocolate soy milk
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen, dark sweet cherries with no sugar
  Chocolate-Peanut Butter Milkshake
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 8 oz. Non-Fat Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
Raspberry Razzmatazz
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 8 oz water
  • 1/3-cup raspberries
  • ½ banana
Extra Chocolaty Shake
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate F 1
  • 250 ml skimmed or soy milk
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Chocolate-Orange Milkshake
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Formula 1
  • 8 oz. Non-Fat Milk (or Soy Milk)
  • 1 teaspoon pure orange extract

Lowfat Yogurt - Quick "on the run" recipe
  • One 6 oz. Plain low fat yogurt eat a couple spoonfuls for room to add formula one and to stir.
  • Add 2 Tablespoons Formula 1, stir, eat. (keep plastic spoons in the car and in your desk)

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
