HOW TO USE THE SPORTS NUTRITION PRODUCTS AROUND EXERCISE:

FUELLING* Formula 1 30  mins before exercise in juice/water mix or Niteworks
HYDRATION NEW LiftOff - Add to water bottle. Take just before exercise
HYDRATION >30 mins H30 Isotonic Drink *Add to water bottle.
REFUELLING Formula 1 30 mins after exercise in juice/water mix
REPAIR Formula 1 / Protein Supplement Powder 90 mins after exercise in milk
