The Culture
What's your motivation to make a
change?
To want to spend at least 5-15 hours on this project every week?
A passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping
others? Extra
income? Are you paid by
the hour = ceiling on your earnings, as limited hours
available per week? Income will only grow by 3% per
annum for the foreseeable future? Threat of redundancy
when in your 30s and 40s when you become expensive to your
employer? Don’t want to be stuck in a 9 to 5 job for the
next 40 years? Poor pension provision? Earn a flexible income around another
job/activity? Earn a royalty income? Free holidays?!
Want to work in sports/wellness? Financial independence? Frustration with
work? Realise that you will never achieve your dreams
and goals on your current career path?
What's your current situation?
Full Time Job - salary will increase by 3% per annum for
the foreseeable future. Looking for a second income, part
time?
Full Time Job - in a "career "with prospects for promotion i.e. salary
can increase by 10% per annum every 3-5 years. But can be vulnerable to
redundancy as become more expensive to employer in 30s and
40s. Frustrated with your current situation for whatever
reason, you have been doing the same thing for ever and
don't want continue for another 10-20 years. Motivated
to put in 5-20 hours per week to change direction?
Part Time Job - increasing numbers now working part time
and looking for a second income? Looking for flexible
working?
Self Employed Part Time/ Full Time - self employed
providing a service paid by the hour = limited income, looking to diversify in a
similar area.
Run a business - not working in growth sector or find it
difficult to grow it beyond your own time? Hassle of staff
or high overheads, especially in a recession.
Student/ Graduate - looking for a
flexible income around your studies? Fitness or sports
enthusiast? Recently qualified in fitness/sports science
degree, but opportunities are limited?
Not working - exploring all options.
Plan B?
Promote a healthy lifestyle by working as a Wellness Coach.
Manage 30 clients for the company, working part time and
earn an income of £1200 per month plus wholesale profits, royalties
and holidays!.
The company has over a million clients and so needs multiple wellness
coaches to support them. With option for financial independence
in a couple of years with an income £2000-£10,000 per month. We
have more people earning more than $100,000 than any company worldwide
and that includes Microsoft!
Income from a service = limited income
as only so many hours available per week.
Income from products/programmes = no
limits ( profits, wholesale profits, royalties)
This opportunity is aimed at individuals looking for an
extra income without leaving their full time or part time
job, a flexible self employed income around another activity (children,
studying, a part time job) or a change of direction.
And suits those individuals wanting to looking to be part of the
growth of the private sector
within the fast growing Wellness market.
All this is designed to be organised around your current
commitments. If you already have a salaried income from
a full time or part time job, then the assumption here is that you
can benefit from a different type of income i.e. self employed income
which can grow by a lot more than 3% per annum, even if starting
part time!
But do you have the time to do this? Requires
5-15 hours per week if working part time. How will this fit around
your current activities? Will it fit around your existing part time
job? Will it fit around your full time job? What sacrifices
will you have to make? Its about the time many people spend watching
TV every week. You can start full time, most start part time.
"I worked my Herbalife business part time alongside my part time
retail manager’s job and within 12 months I matched my income,
which it had taken me 23 years to achieve in my job!"
What type of individuals are joining us?..
Open to all ages
Under 30? - We have a programme called
Generation H, providing ambitious young people the chance
to work together and giving them an alternative to a 9 to 5
job for the next 40 years! Control of their own future, rather
than waiting for others give them an opportunity.
30-50 - Have been in the job market long
enough to have experienced the frustrations of work, poor job
satisfaction and promotion prospects. And reached the age where
they become vulnerable to redundancy.
Over 50s - Realise their pension provision
is poor and so the ongoing royalty income appeals. Or sometimes
motivated by wanting to leave a legacy to their kids.
Testimonials:

Susanna - South Coast
" I joined Herbalife as a fed up accountant of the
back stabbing and politics of corporate life. I needed
to change what I was doing and when Herbalife found me,
when I was looking for something completely different. I
had no knowledge of nutrition but was excited at the
prospect of improving my health and earning an
additional income part time. Two years ago I sacked my
boss and now am full time in the business. Last month my
income was around £2500"
Keith - North East
" Herbalife has allowed me to take control of my
life. I'm in my mid thirties with a young family and can
decide the hours I work, when I work and gives me the
freedom to be able to spend time with and see my son
grow up. Along with that I love what I do, healthier
than I ever have been and earn over 4 times I used to.
The exciting thing is that we are only just starting,
the future is looking fantastic"!

hour weeks were common, but I been led to believe that is what you
have to do to make good
money. Then I found out about Herbalife while talking to some people on
holiday. It turned out they were making the same money as me - but
working less hours! I landed back in the UK after my holiday,
immediately signing up" Soon after becoming a Distributor, I was matching my IT

“Wellness is about waking up every morning and having enough time,
energy and freedom to live the life you want.”
The Keys to Optimum Wellness
1 – Balance Your Diet
You need to get enough of the right foods including colourful fruits
and vegetables, protein, good carbohydrates and just enough good fats for
the taste you want. You also need vitamins, minerals and fibre from dietary
supplements to provide the nutrition missing from your diet that your cells
need for good health.
2 – Exercise Regularly
Regular exercise can help you feel and look your best. Exercise conditions
your heart and relieves stress and makes it easier to achieve and maintain
a healthy body weight.
3 – Drink Lots of Water
Your body is about two-thirds water. In an average day, you lose at
least one pint of water even without excessive sweating. To feel your best,
you should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.
