Before Herbalife I was an Account Manager for a Global Office
Installation/Furniture company. I was working 12-16hrs per day including
weekends and was being rewarded very well for doing so. The problem
was I had no free time to enjoy the financial reward or to see my
son Mitchell.
I then had an unexpected back operation which put me off work and
left me in bed for many weeks. During this time my energy started
to decrease and my attitude and thinking towards where I was heading
started to change.

I had a lot of time to think about what I wanted from life. My weight
increased by over 28lbs and I felt tired all the time due to lack
of exercise. I new something had to change.
During my recovery from the operation, my Mum suggested that I try
these Nutritional products which she had been shown which could be
used for weight management to see if I could lose some of the weight
I had gained.
And that's where my Herbalife journey began. I got on the products
(F1,F2,F3 & Beverage) and lost 28lbs in 28 days and 3 inches from
my waist. My energy started to increase from day 1 and my shape was
soon back to how it was before I gained the weight. I felt better
than I ever had! My recovery time was starting to improve as well.
It was then that I could see that with the Herbalife products as good
as they are, and how they had affected my well-being I had a serious
business opportunity in my hands. I realized that Herbalife was
a company which could help everybody in one way or another.
In my first month I made £1500 profit and had 40 customers using the
products. I went on to quit my job and now have the freedom of time
which I never had before. I now spend my time helping others to become
healthy, wealthy and enjoy the most unbelievable lifestyle you could

Rob Scherphof, of the Netherlands, was working as an account
manager. "I had to work long shifts and drive more than
100,000 kilometers a year," Rob says. Feeling run-down, Rob
began taking the Herbalife products and quickly lost 20 pounds
and gained a great deal of energy. When his wife began taking
the products, she lost 40 pounds and felt terrific.
Realizing the tremendous business opportunity, Karin soon quit
her job and began working full-time with Herbalife. Next, Rob
quit his job and together, they built up their business. In
1999, Rob and Karin divorced, but continued to share the ID
number, qualifying for the Millionaire Team in May 2000.

Rob met Antje at an Success Training Seminar in 2001. She
had great results with the products and became a Distributor
because she wanted to earn some extra money while continuing
as a student. Antje completed her studies and is qualified
as a teacher, but she has chosen to work full-time with Herbalife.
Rob marvels, "It's incredible that we have built our business
from home and that you can plan your own time without a boss."
And in December 2002, Rob and Antje made it to the President’s

“I have to admit that when I got started with Herbalife,
it was mainly to prove that neither the products nor the
opportunity could actually work,” says Michael Kann. “But
