We work with customers individually, an activity based from home, in Weight Loss Challenges and Fit Clubs (both classes), Wellness Centres, Boot Camps and via the internet. Anyone can do this...with the right personal qualities. Get in the best shape of your life and then inspire others. Have a passion for helping others and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Manage 30 clients, we have over a million, and earn £1200 per month...working part time..as a start. Plus royalties

Working with clients individually - wellness profile( questions) including body composition testing (metabolic age, body fat, muscle mass etc) , then recommendations, personalised programme and ongoing aftercare.  Use our 3 day trial which is a fantastic tool for getting referrals.

Fit Clubs - body composition test before exercise,  exercise,  shake after class within 30 mins, members chatting, the social side, 5 min education slot,  members enter the Level 10 Body Transformation Challenge( GBP 10), Weight loss Challenge ( GBP 39 for 12 weeks)  or 5 weeks to 5 k ( no cost). We do more detailed wellness profiles with those that are interested or book a separate appointment. Clients get results and bring back their friends.

Why exercise and nutrition are linked?  Many people say that, as they age, they eat and exercise the same amount but still gain weight. One of the main causes of this is loss of muscle mass. Genetically, women have less muscle than men, and as a woman ages, the preservation of lean muscle becomes vital. By the time you've hit 30, muscular strength begins to head south. To help preserve muscle mass, step up your strength training and aim for at least 20 grams of protein at very meal. Focus on getting both plant protein and animal protein into your diet. And don't skip your protein shake after you exercise and think that you'll save calories! A protein shake after training accelerates lean muscle growth, which in turn revs your metabolism and burns more fat, and speeds up recovery. Why Meal Replacement? Yes you can give someone meal plans, but will they follow them? Can it be that easy? Will they switch from a poor diet to 3 healthy balanced meals a day? Meal replacement provides a structured meal plan for all those people that skip meals, eat snacks during the day and then eat a huge meal in the evening, for example. Focus on regular meals, getting protein into every meal, get a balance of plant protein and animal protein in the diet. Find alternatives to carb based snacks which cause swings in blood sugar level. 1 – Balance Your Diet
