Before Herbalife I had struggled all my life to gain weight. At one stage I even went on the 'Ice Cream Diet', which consisted of eating one litre of ice cream a day for a month. This had absolutely no effect on my weight. Being a physically active person who loves working out at the gym, I struggled to gain muscle bulk. Even though I ate to a carefully balanced plan, supported by protein shakes, my weight stayed at around 56kg at 168cm.
A gym buddy introduced me to the Herbalife
weight gain products and I began by adding two Formula #1 shakes to my six small meal a day plan plus all the products from the Advanced Program.
By day three I had more energy than I could ever remember. At the end of the first month, I could feel the difference and when I checked myself on the scales I could hardly believe my eyes. My body fat had dropped from 17.5% to 15%, PLUS I had gained 2kg in muscle.
From that moment on I was converted and added two scoops of
protein powder to my shakes. I also take with excellent results, Herbalifeline to stop the pain from old sports injuries and
Tang Kuei after weight training to eliminate soft tissue pain.
One year later my weight is up to 61kg and my body fat remains a steady 12.5% and although I am now close to 48 years of age, I have an abundance of energy to keep up with my two young daughters.
