Low Carb Shake -Recipes

 

Healthy Shakes / Beverages

  14 oz. water
2 tbsp. HPLC Chocolate Shake Mix
2 tbsp. Performance Protein Powder
Boil 10 oz. of water. In shaker, add 4 oz. cold water, Shake Mix and Protein Powder. Shake until combined and powder is dissolved. Pour into large mug. Add hot water and stir. Add Thermojetics® Raspberry Herbal Beverage or a little instant coffee for extra flavour, if desired.

  10 oz. very cold water
3 tbs.  HPLC  Shake Mix Chocolate flavour
1 tbs.  Performance Protein Powder
2 to 3 ice cubes
Blend on high until rich and creamy.
  2 tbsp.  High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix vanilla flavour
10 oz. very cold water or non-fat milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 dashes of nutmeg; 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
  2 tbs.  High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix , vanilla flavour
8 oz. fat-free milk or soy milk or cold water
1/2 c. ice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish
  2 tbsr High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix , chocolate or vanilla flavour
1 c. fat-free milk
2 tbs. malted milk powder
1 c. ice
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to garnish.
  2 tbs. High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix  Chocolate Mix
1 tsp. Cocoa Powder
2-3 pieces SUGAR FREE Peppermint Candies
2 tbs. Lite Cool Whip
8 oz. Cold Water ; 2-3 ice cubes
Blend 30-40 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!
