10 oz. very cold water |
| 3 tbs. HPLC Shake Mix Chocolate flavour |
| 1 tbs. Performance Protein Powder |
| 2 to 3 ice cubes |
Blend on high until rich and creamy.

| Egg Nog Shake |
|
2 tbsp. High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix vanilla flavour |
| 10 oz. very cold water or non-fat milk |
| 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract |
| 1/4 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1-2 dashes of nutmeg; 2-3 ice cubes (optional) |
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

| Spicy Cinnamon Shake |

2 tbs. High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix , vanilla flavour |
| 8 oz. fat-free milk or soy milk or cold water |
| 1/2 c. ice |
| 1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp. nutmeg |
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish

| Malted Milk Smoothie |

2 tbsr High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix , chocolate or vanilla flavour |
| 1 c. fat-free milk |
| 2 tbs. malted milk powder |
| 1 c. ice |
| 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder |
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to garnish.

| 1 tsp. Cocoa Powder |
| 2-3 pieces SUGAR FREE Peppermint Candies |
| 2 tbs. Lite Cool Whip |
| 8 oz. Cold Water ; 2-3 ice cubes |
| Blend 30-40 seconds until smooth. Enjoy! |
