I was wanting to let you know that we did La Bomba and my older sister who did it first lost 10 lbs., the second to oldest sister lost 8 lbs., I lost 9 lbs., I know my mom lost some but she hasn't weighed herself and my youngest sister lost also but hasn't weighed yet either. We were amazed! We feel good, one of the things that people ask me is what happens after you finish La Bomba, do you gain all that you lost back or what? I told them not if we continue to take the shakes and tablets like we are suppose to right?
