We are currently looking for people to work part time or full time in an uplifting environment. Joining an enthusiastic team, you will be trained on how to, provide advice and guidance on Wellness issues within your community.

With access to some of the finest weight management programmes and sports diet programmes in the world we help people lose weight, regain their vitality, and focus on improving their overall health.

To contribute to the team you would be expected to have good communication skills, a caring personality and a genuine desire to help people improve their general wellbeing.

We have National Training Days that will allow you to gather all the facts and learn from experienced wellness coaches.

Step 1 - Review your motivation for doing this. Frustration with the status quo?  Or ambitious? A realisation that what you are currently doing will never get you to where you want to be.  Motivated by extra income in the short term i.e. £500 -£1500 a month, working part time. After a couple of years, focus on financial independence? We find this opportunity suits individuals that focus on personal development, that want something better than a 9-5 job for the next xx years. They have a realisation that can never achieve their dreams and goals with a wage. .. "Im having an absolute ball!"

B. Work From Home?  Your details are added to our directory by postcode. You promote the business locally. Clients call you. Activities include asking questions, giving information, personalising programmes by email and providing aftercare by phone. Why does everyone need a coach? Imagine a concept where you have a company with an unlimited market place that has a high demand for the products and which is CONSUMABLE ON A DAILY BASIS.
 
C. Work in the internet marketing side of our business?! For example, set up affiliate programmes with local sports and health clubs. Or do you have a blog or social networking page? Or we show you how..
 
D. Help us to supervise teams within a postcode area i.e. PL / DN / YO etc the business on which you are paid a royalty. Understand the business model where you can build your income beyond your own time. How many one man/woman businesses to you know, that start small and stay small? Or you know those in employment that have a ceiling on their earnings e.g. a personal trainer that can only work with 5 clients a day or 25 a week. How do they grow their income?
 
Step 8 - Get started. Your details added to our directories etc Create a 90 day plan with the help of your mentor. You set your own goals. If you follow the likes of Anthony Robbins, Jim Rohn etc and you are goal orientated this opportunity is for you!

What is Wellness?

The Keys to Optimum Wellness

1 – Balance Your Diet

You need to get enough of the right foods including colourful fruits and vegetables, protein, good carbohydrates and just enough good fats for the taste you want. You also need vitamins, minerals and fibre from dietary supplements to provide the nutrition missing from your diet that your cells need for good health.


2 – Exercise Regularly

Regular exercise can help you feel and look your best. Exercise conditions your heart and relieves stress and makes it easier to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.


3 – Drink Lots of Water

Your body is about two-thirds water. In an average day, you lose at least one pint of water even without excessive sweating. To feel your best, you should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.
