How many calories in your shake?

25 million customers and  20+ years of global success...in 65 countries

Whilst you don't need to count calories with this programme, you might like to calculate how many calories are in your shake.

What's more important than calories is looking at  the balance of carbs and protein in your diet, getting protein into every meal without the added fat and calories,  limiting/avoiding carbohydrate snacks e.g. rice cakes, cereal bars, getting a balance between fruit, protein and vegetable snacks, eating 3 times a time to promote a healthy metabolism, and drinking more water etc.

When you start your programme Herbal Vitality will provide info such as your resting metabolic rate (RMR) i.e. how number of calories you burn at rest during a 24-hour period. This is part of your personalised programme, which includes recommendations on daily protein, how many spoons of Formula 1/3 intake plus general tips and advice.

There are many ways to make your shakes including with milk, fruit juice and yoghurt. Boost the anti-oxidant content of your shake, for example, by adding fruit.
