Here is a guide to help you calculate how many calories and how many grams of protein in your shake.

No need though to "count calories" with this programme. Instead the key to success is eating 3 times a time to promote a healthy metabolism , getting a min of 15g of protein into every meal, getting some plant protein into your diet, finding alternatives to carbohydrate snacks, getting a balance between fruit, protein and vegetable snacks. And reducing calories through using two shake and one meals whilst getting essential nutrients (protein, fibre, vitamins & minerals, complex carbs). This way you can gradually change eating habits to ensure long term success.

When you start your programme, Herbal Vitality will provide info such as your resting metabolic rate (RMR) i.e. the number of calories you burn at rest during a 24-hour period.  And your active metabolic rate (AMR) depending on your level of activity. This is part of your personalised programme, which includes recommendations on daily protein intake, how many spoons of Formula 1/3, how many snacks  plus general tips and advice.
