This was how I looked just over six weeks ago (June 2002). I was horribly over weight, and though putting on a brave face, was
always out of breath, unable to walk very far, (had difficulty even in walking up the stairs at home). I had a grey ashen colour to my face and was always eating something,
constantly snacking. I would sit in front of the TV all night and eat. My clothes didn't fit, my friends didn't talk to me, I couldn't be bothered with most things
and I had lost my job. I hated diets (they never seemed to work on me) and exercise was a "Bad" word and just generally could not be bothered about my size or weight. My wife was worried, I didn't sleep, I snored so loudly that even the dog left the room at night and by now couldn't even sit down in restaurants that have fixed seating. I suddenly came to realise that if I didn't do or find something soon, I would possibly drop dead within a year or two..........

I lost over 28lbs and 30" overall (including 6" from my waist, 5" from my chest and 5" off my hips). I feel great and even started feeling better just after a couple of days. I am not out of breath all the time anymore, I don't snack anymore, I look healthier, I have loads of energy (even though I still have another 30lbs to lose) and even the dog has moved back into the bedroom as I don't snore anymore. Best of all - 25 years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. After major surgery I was left with a life of perpetual discomfort and pain. Herbalife has really changed my condition and helped towards my body repairing itself for the first time in 25 years I almost feel normal. I only wish I had found it earlier. (Please! Anyone who has any problems such as Crohn's, IBS or Ulcerative Colitis. You should really contact your distributor. |

8th August, 2002 - New figures out today are 38 lbs and 38 inches and still loosing. 17th October, 2002 - Latest figures today are 59 lbs and 52 inches lost (running out of clothes now) 26th October, 200 - 61lbs and about 58 inches overall Still losing and still feel absolutely great. Having passed the weight loss goal I thought I might achieve and now realise I can lose it all Target 80lbs now and get down to a 38" waist (currently now 43" - originally 55") 3rd December and I have hit the 70lbs and my waist is just over 40". Another 10 lbs to go (maybe I can get. I haven't felt so good since I was serving in the military back in the mid 1980's. This is how I looked on 3rd October, 2002 - a bit different! Max Steele, UK |
