I was 19 years old weighing in at over 23 stone verging on 24 actually! I wore a UK size 36/38 in clothing at my largest. I was living over 150 miles away from anyone that resembled a family member! I was so scared, alone and so very very depressed.

I found it hard to walk up and down the stairs. I took a taxi every day to work when I only worked just down the hill (maximum 5 minute walk) and a one-minute ride in the taxi! I was on all sorts of benefits and only working 14 hours a week packing shelves at the local CO-OP! Earning less than £50

I couldn’t see myself going anywhere and the only thing I had in my life that made me happy was my music! I could be who I wanted to be without having to worry what people thought of my appearance (because you can’t see music) so I was only content when I had the microphone in my hand & was writing my songs.

I have always been self-conscious since being bullied for my whole school and college years to the point that I have tried to take my own life numerous times due to the tormenting! (Over 15 YEARS of it)....

I thought I was going places with my music when I finally went to see the only producer I could find in Devon! And he was enthusiastic about my sound and invited me to see him! When I got there I hit my lowest point in my life because when he opened the door and I told him who I was he said “I won’t sign you! You have the sound! You could go far! ……But you are just TOO FAT” I had never been so sad or humiliated in my life and I couldn’t even go run to my mum!

I was sitting in my flat looking at photos and it came to me faster than it took me to catch my breath! I could be slim and healthy I could have an amazing lifestyle and future! Because, I can have Herbalife in my own life and I knew that it worked because of what my mum achieved and what Fred & Bruna achieved and are still achieving now! I also decided I wanted to prove everyone wrong who has always doubted me!

So! I started to take the Thermojetics beverage, green & beige tablets, as well as Formula 2,3,4 and NRG! In December I moved back to Surrey because I found it hard to be away from family! And I carried on losing weight!
